Quality Integrators Corporation (QIC) must
collect certain information from you in order to serve you as a client or prospective
client. This may include your name, job title, company, physical mailing
address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, plus survey information
on your business and job responsibilities. We may require this information
to determine if you qualify for a subscription to one of our newsletters or
to receive information on our web site.
We use the contact information you provide
us, including your phone, fax, and e-mail addresses, primarily to deliver
the service you have requested. We will also use this information to
contact you when it is time to renew a subscription, update an order, and
to inform you of other QIC products and services that may be of interest.
We do, as part of our agreements with our software vendors, provide them
with lists containing certain information regarding the companies or
individuals who license their products, which they need for the purpose of
registration and software licensing. These lists may include your name,
physical mailing address, and/or telephone number, and are selected on the
basis of the information you have provided about your business and job
function. As explained below, we honour requests from customers who do not
want to be included in list exchanges.
We do not release e-mail addresses,
telephone or fax numbers to any third party. All e-mail or fax messages are
clearly identified as coming from QIC, and include instructions on how to
remove your name from future messaging.
Any other information we may have as a
result of serving you as a client is kept strictly confidential in secure
paper and/or electronic files, and is used exclusively for the purpose of
providing better service and support to you.
