When using a MicroRidge device to communicate with any software, ensure that all gauges are plugged into the Microridge BEFORE resetting it. Only gauges that were plugged in when the unit is initialized are recognized. You can spend a lot of time trying to figure out why Port A is nonresponsive if the gauge on Part A was not connected when you turned the unit on.
