Canea One

Canea One, as a platform, consists of 5 modules: Documents, Workflow, Process, Project and Strategy. These are the "modules" of the platform.

However an unlimited number of solution modules and workflows can be generated by using these 5 platform modules.

We also offer out-of-the-box revalidated solutions but on the Canea One platform. These solutions allow you to hit he ground running, while at the same time giving you the power to change the configuration to your unique retirement.

Each user within Canea has a landing page specific to them that is maintained automatically by Canea One.  This page shows assignments and tasks, allowing the user to drill down to specific items needing action or approvals.

Canea One's design function is surprisingly intuitive.  Adminstrators can develop complex forms, workflows, business rules, conditional branches, reminders, emails... with no programming experience or training.

By using our out-of-the-box solutions as a base, you can build on them to develop unique solutions for your business.

Appropriate for validated and general business environments, the Canea One platform is completely validated.  The out-of-the-box solutions built upon them are also validated, and scripts area available for your PQ validation.

This can save great expenses and time in validating the solutions.

Because it is tightly integrated, individual dashboards can be easily created to ensure that the corporate Strategy (which is really the reason for all of the content) is maintained throughout.

How often have we found that the lower levels' understanding and implementation of stated corporate objectives is actually.the opposite of the intent.

In addition to all of the tagging, meta data, workflow control, etc., Canea One based solutions include a " Stream".  The stream automatically shows everything that has happened to the item in question:  Who say it when; what comments did each individual or department have; when was it sent back; to where.... essentially full traceability of the item.

Security can be complex and confusing.  We have worked with systems so "secure" that the admin could lock herself out of the system!  

In addition to standard departmental, entity and functional security, Canea One uses a simple classification system similar to governmental security.  A user can view basic documents, or eyes only, or classified, secret, top secret.. etc. (the system doesn't use those words, but you get the idea.)
